The hubs and I recently had dinner at Tin Roof in Joliet. The restaurant has been opened for just over 6 months and it’s definitely one of the best things happening in downtown Joliet. Tin Roof focuses on using local ingredients found within 250 miles of the restaurant. The cocktail program is amazing, all mixers are made in house and they use premium spirits. Check them out if you are looking for a cool place for a night out with friends or date night.
