It’s such an honor to be chosen as an official blogger again for the Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Expo. The expo will kickoff on May 2nd at 10am at the Schaumburg Convention Center and run through May 3rd. As the mom to a little one with food allergies, it’s so empowering to have all of the GFAF vendors in one place, I can ask questions, get full sized samples, purchase his favorite items and most importantly give my son the freedom to pick and choose the things that he wants to try without having to repeatedly tell him, that he is allergic to it. It’s such a good feeling to see him excited to try new foods. If you have celiac disease, are gluten intolerant, have food allergies or care for someone that does then the Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Expo is not to be missed.
