Summer Grilling Season Tips from a Pro
I had the pleasure of speaking with Grill Master and Competitor Mike Peters of the Great American Cookout Tour. Mike gave tips on how to get moist, delicious chicken from your grill, using a reverse sear method that he and his wife perfected while touring the countries BBQ festivals and contests. I also picked his brain about Kansas City BBQ and we even talked about what wood to use when smoking meat on the grill!
